1. Aceptación de Términos

By accessing and using AirDrop Network ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Términos de Servicio. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use AirDrop Network, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using cryptocurrency services in your jurisdiction
• Complete the KYC verification process

3. Registro de Cuenta

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Verificación KYC & Lifetime Membership

Our blockchain-based KYC process requires a one-time SOL payment to verify your wallet address. The payment amounts vary by membership tier:

• Free Tier: 0.05 SOL
• Networker Tier: 0.25 SOL
• Merchant Tier: 2.5 SOL

Important: KYC verification is a one-time process and your membership is valid for lifetime. There are no recurring fees, monthly subscriptions, or renewal charges. Once verified, your account remains active indefinitely.

5. Membership Transfer & Inheritance Rights

AirDrop Network recognizes the value of your membership as a digital asset. Therefore, we provide the following transfer and inheritance rights:

• Lifetime Validity: Your verified membership never expires and remains valid for your lifetime.
• Inheritance Transfer: In the event of the account holder's death, membership rights (including accumulated benefits, referral networks, and tier status) may be transferred to legal heirs or beneficiaries.
• Transfer Process: Heirs must provide valid legal documentation (death certificate, inheritance certificate, or court order) to initiate the transfer process.
• Beneficiary Designation: Members may designate a beneficiary in their account settings to facilitate smoother transfer of membership rights.
• Asset Protection: All earned commissions, pending withdrawals, and airdrop allocations are considered transferable digital assets.

To initiate a membership transfer or inheritance claim, please contact our support team with the required documentation.

6. Programa de Afiliados

Networker and Merchant members may participate in our affiliate program. Commission rates are:

• Networker: 10% commission on referral KYC fees
• Merchant: 40% commission on referral KYC fees

Affiliate earnings are subject to withdrawal minimums and processing times. Your referral network and accumulated commissions are considered part of your transferable membership assets.

7. Distribución de Airdrops

Airdrops are distributed at the sole discretion of AirDrop Network. Eligibility may depend on KYC status, membership tier, network participation, and compliance with platform rules.

8. Actividades Prohibidas

Users are prohibited from:

• Creating multiple accounts
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Attempting to manipulate the platform
• Violating applicable laws or regulations
• Harassing other users

9. Limitación de Responsabilidad

AirDrop Network is not liable for any losses arising from cryptocurrency market volatility, blockchain network issues, third-party actions, or user errors in wallet addresses.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
