What is AirDrop Network?
AirDrop Network is a premier Solana-based airdrop distribution platform. We connect users with exclusive token airdrops while providing an affiliate program to earn passive income through referrals.
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started" on the homepage, fill in your username, email, and password. Select your preferred membership tier and complete the registration. You'll then need to verify through our KYC process.
Is AirDrop Network free to use?
We offer a Free tier with basic features. To access advanced features like the affiliate program and premium airdrops, you can upgrade to Networker (0.25 SOL) or Merchant (2.5 SOL) tiers.
What do I need to get started?
You need a Solana wallet (like Phantom, Solflare, or any SPL-compatible wallet), some SOL for the KYC fee, and a valid email address.
KYC Verification
What is KYC and why is it required?
KYC (Know Your Customer) is our blockchain-based verification process. It ensures each user is unique and prevents fraud. Your wallet ownership is verified through a small SOL payment.
How does the KYC process work?
1) Register your account. 2) You'll receive a unique verification address. 3) Send the required SOL amount from your wallet to this address within 24 hours. 4) The wallet you send FROM becomes your verified airdrop address.
What are the KYC fees?
Free Tier: 0.05 SOL, Networker Tier: 0.25 SOL, Merchant Tier: 2.5 SOL. These are ONE-TIME fees that also serve as your LIFETIME membership activation. No recurring payments ever!
Is KYC verification a one-time process?
Yes! KYC verification is done ONCE and valid for LIFETIME. You will never need to verify again or pay any renewal fees. Your verified status is permanent.
How long does KYC verification take?
Once you send the payment, verification is typically automatic and takes just a few minutes. In some cases, manual review may take up to 24 hours.
Can I use a wallet from an exchange?
No, you must use a personal wallet like Phantom or Solflare. Exchange wallets don't allow you to receive airdrops directly, and you don't control the private keys.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Please send the exact amount shown. If you send more, the excess may be applied as a credit. If you send less, you'll need to contact support.
Membership Tiers
What are the different membership tiers?
We offer three tiers: Free (basic access), Networker (10% affiliate commissions, premium airdrops), and Merchant (40% commissions, VIP airdrops, dedicated support).
Can I upgrade my membership later?
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time by paying the difference between your current tier and the desired tier. Contact support to process an upgrade.
What benefits do higher tiers get?
Higher tiers receive: larger affiliate commissions (Networker 10%, Merchant 40%), access to exclusive airdrops, priority support, and early access to new features.
Is the membership fee a one-time payment?
Yes, all membership fees are one-time payments. There are no recurring charges, monthly subscriptions, or renewal fees. Once you pay, your membership is valid for LIFETIME.
How long is my membership valid?
Your membership is valid for LIFETIME. There is no expiration date, no renewal required, and no recurring fees. Pay once, benefit forever.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
Memberships can be transferred to legal heirs in case of death. We also support beneficiary designation for smoother inheritance transfers. Contact support for details.

Can my membership be inherited by my family?
Yes! AirDrop Network recognizes your membership as a valuable digital asset. In the event of your passing, your membership rights, referral network, accumulated commissions, and tier status can be legally transferred to your heirs.
How does the inheritance transfer process work?
Heirs must contact our support team and provide valid legal documentation: death certificate, inheritance certificate or will, and proof of identity. Our team will process the transfer within 7-14 business days.
Can I designate a beneficiary for my account?
Yes, you can designate a beneficiary in your account settings. This makes the inheritance process smoother and faster for your loved ones.
What assets are transferable to heirs?
All membership benefits are transferable: your tier status (Free/Networker/Merchant), verified wallet address, referral network, accumulated commissions, pending withdrawals, and airdrop allocations.
Is there a fee for inheritance transfer?
No, there is no fee for inheritance transfers. We believe your digital assets should pass to your family without additional costs.
What happens to my referral network after transfer?
Your entire referral network is preserved and transferred to the heir. They will continue to receive commissions from your existing referrals and can add new ones.
Affiliate Program
How does the affiliate program work?
Share your unique referral link. When someone signs up and completes KYC through your link, you earn a commission on their KYC fee. Networkers earn 10%, Merchants earn 40%.
Who can participate in the affiliate program?
Only KYC-verified Networker and Merchant members can participate. Free tier members cannot earn referral commissions.
Where do I find my referral link?
Your unique referral link is available in your dashboard under the "Referrals" section. You can copy and share it on social media, websites, or directly with friends.
When do I receive my commissions?
Commissions are credited to your account immediately after your referral completes KYC. You can withdraw them once they meet the minimum withdrawal threshold.
Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?
No, there's no limit! The more people you refer, the more you earn. Build your network and maximize your passive income.
Airdrops
How do I receive airdrops?
Once you're KYC verified, you're automatically eligible for airdrops. Tokens are sent directly to your verified wallet address. Check the Airdrops section in your dashboard for available drops.
How often are airdrops distributed?
Airdrop frequency varies based on partnerships and token launches. We announce new airdrops through email notifications and on our platform. Premium tiers get access to more frequent drops.
Do I need to do anything to claim airdrops?
For most airdrops, simply being KYC verified is enough. Some special airdrops may require you to click "Apply" in your dashboard.
Why didn't I receive an airdrop?
Common reasons: KYC not completed, membership tier not eligible, airdrop quota filled, or wallet address issues. Check your dashboard for eligibility status.
What types of tokens can be airdropped?
We distribute both listed and unlisted Solana (SPL) tokens. Listed tokens are tradeable on exchanges, while unlisted tokens are new projects that may list in the future. VIP (Merchant) and Networker members get priority access to premium token airdrops. For tokens on other blockchain networks (Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, etc.), we organize special airdrop campaigns exclusively for eligible tier members.
Do you guarantee that airdropped tokens will be listed on exchanges?
No, we do not provide any listing guarantees. While many tokens we distribute may eventually get listed on exchanges, this depends entirely on the token projects themselves. We are an airdrop distribution platform, not a listing service. Always do your own research (DYOR) before making any investment decisions based on received tokens.
How can I track unlisted tokens in my wallet?
For tracking unlisted Solana tokens that may not appear in standard wallet interfaces, we recommend using a mobile-friendly SPL token wallet like Phantom Mobile, Solflare Mobile, or other compatible wallets. These wallets allow you to add custom token addresses and view your complete token holdings, including unlisted tokens.
Do I need to pay gas fees to receive airdrops?
No! You never pay any gas fees to receive airdrops. AirDrop Network covers all transaction costs for airdrop distributions. Your tokens are delivered directly to your verified wallet completely free of charge. The only cost you ever pay is the one-time KYC verification fee for your membership tier.
Do I have full control over my airdropped tokens?
Absolutely! Once tokens are airdropped to your verified wallet, you have 100% full control over them. You can hold, sell, trade, transfer, or do anything you wish with your tokens. We never have access to your wallet or your tokens after distribution. Your keys, your crypto.
Withdrawals
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Go to the Withdrawals section in your dashboard, enter the amount you wish to withdraw, and confirm. Funds are sent to your verified KYC wallet address.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal amount is typically 0.1 SOL. Check your dashboard for the current minimum.
Are there withdrawal fees?
A small fee (typically 1%) is deducted to cover blockchain transaction costs and platform maintenance.
How long do withdrawals take?
Most withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. During high-volume periods, it may take up to 48 hours.
Security
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS), secure password hashing, and regular security audits. We never store your wallet private keys.
Can I change my verified wallet address?
For security reasons, wallet addresses cannot be changed after KYC verification. This prevents unauthorized access to your airdrops. Contact support for exceptional circumstances.
What should I do if I suspect unauthorized access?
Immediately change your password, check your recent account activity, and contact our support team.
